police certificate questions

Hi everyone, im doing the outland family sponsorship (my wife is canadian citizen) but I have to send police certificates from Spain and USA since I spent time there studying.
With regard to US police certificate do you guys think if I just regular print the FD258 fingerprint application and fill it out that would be fine? With that, the application form and the 18usd check certificate and that would be all right

Also does anyone know more or less how long it takes for the spain police certificate?

You need to take the FD258 form to an authorized location that does fingerprinting (like a police station)--you may not need to print the form as most places have their own form. The official fingerprints need to be submitted with your application. https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks

Then, yes you need to submit $18 USD---either by credit card, certified check or money order. If you use credit card, you will have an idea when the processing is complete, as they charge your credit card when they mail it. It takes around 3-4 months to receive the US police check.

Not sure how long Spain police checks are taking.

With regard to the form not sure I know what to write where it asks:

your no OCA?
FB No FBI?
Armed Forces No?
Miscellaneous No?

Should I put N/A as in not applicable? Citizenship Guatemala I suppose

thank you very much, in the page I was sent there was a section on criminal fingerprint cards and civil fingerprint cards. What I need to look for is the civil correct?
