Police Certificate missing - Permanent Residence Cancellation

Hi All,
I had a designation certificate from Ontario and got 600pts (French speaking program) and submitted my permanent residence last December.
Last week, I received a notification from IRCC that my application was cancelled. Indeed, I have completely miss to join my french police certificate regarding the period when I was student. Could you please help me, how to reactivate my EE account and what should I do regarding the 600 pts that I got from Ontario Province since I have to create another EE profile. Did I lost everything? Should I start from the beginning...
Your feedback is so much appreciated to help me to resolve this big problem for me.

When I create a new profile should I link it to the previous one? Or should I forget it?

Last thing...should I create a new job bank profile or modify EE reference of my actual one?
How long does it takes to get updated in my new EE profile in that case ?
