Police certificate in India - From every city?

I am really worried about my wife's PCC. Do we need a police certificate from every city someone's lived in for 6 months or more? In the checklist it says we need one from every country that someone has lived in for over 6 months.

We already sent our application and its currently in New Delhi waiting to be processed. However I realized the PCC we sent was from her current city and she has spent a few years in a different city than where she is currently living. The PCC we sent was from her current city.

What should we do? Please help ASAP! Thanks.

apply by passport seva kendre .itz easy .itz only one but they will give her exact two original certificates in case anyone want to apply for another country too.you can upload to ur cic account with imm5669 when requested after aor.
