A little background story: My boyfriend and i are getting married on Friday (Jan31) and we are working on obtaining all the required documents for the sponsorship. He is from Spain living in Canada with a 1-year open work permit under the International Experience - Work and Holiday visa.
We are trying to obtain his police certificate but the instructions on the CIC page and the Spain ministry are different and very confusing, has anyone here obtained a Police Certificate from Spain? I could use some assistance.
