Police Certificate along application???

Hello folks,
My question is, can I send my Family Sponsorship (Other relative) application without my police certificate?? Or should I wait until I get this certificate (this might take a few months) and then send them all together?
The information on the web page is a bit confusing about they requesting it later or not.

I would wait until you get police certificate.

I was in the same place as you. My ETA for getting the certificate was like 3 weeks. I had to expedite it/pay more to get it within 5 days

Wait unless there is a valid reason why you can't get the certificate. Covid lockdown was a valid reason but they will know if there is a lockdown and you are unable to get it to submit. Just having it take a couple months to be processed is not a valid reason.

I'm from a thirld world country so this is not surprising lol. But I've found there is a faster way. Thank you
