In the petition we must force the MIDI that they should take all 10000 applicants without any rejection.because later they would say that we don't meet the points.they already had a decision to customize the applications.so the petition should include saying that the MIDI cannot reject any application within last two intakes and had AOR for any reason from now.

Im really upset regarding this new rule.Ive called the immigration and told me regardless if u submit ur papers 2015 or 2016 if u dint pass the preliminary assessment u will be kncluded with the changes.

If so, this is an online fraud, so don't worry they can't behave like this for already paid applicants with previous cutoff pints. Since now we don't have trust on their actions , now they can't reject any paid ones due to point issues...

We waited for year or years then suddenly they change the rule just like that! It is really unfair for those applicants already invested time and effort for this application!

I think now the time is to take legal action immediately for this international online fraud.
For "MIDI initially published eligible critaria changed suddenly after the payments of all affected applicants"...

please share the link we must take legitimate action against MIDI.
we all have received the email that processing of application will begin in spring 2017 so it means they have already taken action on the applications.

can anyone share the AOR points new link?
