Has anybody confirmed from immigration ministry that applicants from June/August 2016 will fall under new selection criteria? How could it be possible that they have charged the fees and now changed the selection criteria completely. Also, please can anyone tell me who is going to be affected and who is not?

Yes most of us will affect from this..we all (June/August) applicants should face together in this situation..this is very rude n they cannot do this to us.if so why they published points grid earlier too..this is so frustrating..we all should write to minister or someone who has authority in this regards

Yes we must all together and do everything that we can do for our rights.MIDI plays with our whole life plans and wasted our precise time.every one who has affected from this should stick together and let's do everything that we have to do and can do....

How we submit the petition ?

In the petition we must force the MIDI that they should take all 10000 applicants without any rejection.because later they would say that we don't meet the points.they already had a decision to customize the applications.so the petition should include saying that the MIDI cannot reject any application within last two intakes and had AOR for any reason from now.
