I would suggest check other provinces if they are open, also you have to wait, unless you can increase your score like IELTS further. As of now, since i applied for Ontario, I know they have not had any draw since 15th August. Be updated with their page to be updated with what they have planned.
I don’t think I can do much with my IELTS and I know that Ontario is into more IT Related jobs and the demand is also in tht NOC..but my question was according to my crs 435 and my Admin profile which province will be interested in picking up my file and when will the demand list posted.

What do you mean by Admin profile? I quite did not understand that. Also, yes Ontario has its demands. As such none of us can predict when will they update next, for that you need to keep checking their official page. This is the same for other provinces as well.
I meant that my demand list NOC no. Is 1241(administrative assistants) which is not required in Ontario and others will be opening so yea I guess i have to wait for a long time to get picked by any province under PNP
