My friend is a software engineer in India and got more than 8 years of experience in his field in India and here he came to study in Ontario, he’s been here only from 2-3 months so is there any possibility for him to apply for PNP for any province if he takes IELTS test if yes then what Province would accept him, lets say he can get 7 bands, is there any chance for him to get PNP or any other way to get his PR.
