HCCP March 2025 – Spouse Declared Non-Accompanying, Can I Apply for SOWP or Add Him Later?

Hi everyone,


I submitted my PR under the HCCP pilot in March 2025 and accidentally declared my husband as non-accompanying. He’s still in India.





I’m now wondering:

• Can he come on a visitor visa?
• Can I apply for a SOWP for him once I get my BOWP?
• Is there any way to add him to my PR after AOR?
