AOR Received.

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me out with this.

I've submitted my application to CIC under the BC PNP program in Feb. My work permit expires in May and it looks like my employer is not willing to sign IMM5802 (Offer of Employment form to a foreign National) and pay the fee in order for me to apply for a new work permit.
They supported my PNP nomination as there was no cost to them.

I don't think I'll receive my AOR in time to apply for a bridging work permit so that I don't require the above form.

What are my options? If I have to leave Canada, will my PR application still be in process? Will my PNP nomination be revoked?

I'm also assuming if I receive my AOR after my work permit expires, I can't apply for a new WP as I don't have current worker status.

Much appreciated!

How else does it work ??? Cld u please let me knw

It has to be the employer that pays the fee. The applicant can't do it for the employer, or without the employer's consent. That's why it's called Employent Compliance Fee. The fee is there to show to CIC that the employer is still willing to support the employee.
