PNP with spouse

Hi all

Currently waiting on my CELPIP results so I start my PNP application with BC. My only question is, at what point during the PR process should I be including my wife on the application? Is it during the PNP applciation? Or after I receive the nomination and begin the Pr application with CIC?

As early as the creation of your Express Entry profile... there's a section there asking for spouse details.
