PNP visa renewal - Do I have to get out of the country?

Hi guys!

I just got nominated by BC PNP and the advisor gave me the letter for my current visa renewal. My question is, do I have to get out of the country and get back in to renew my visa? or I just have to go to the airport to get my visa renewed?

Please help!
