its almost 13 months of waiting for me..
I got friends they only waited for less than 4 months but VO is manila.
Whats you think the reason behind?

I think it is faster in Manila Visa Office..maybe it depends on the volume of applicants each visa office received..

18 months? that's even beyond to what they say as processing time... anyway maybe because almost all people want to migrate..

18 months are not so long even in my case. I have been waiting for last 19 months and yet i have not got even MR.....last month they asked additional documents and still no movement.......hahahahah...
