I just joined the forum. I am from Dubai, UAE and i applied through MPNP Family Stream. I have been reading, scanning and skimming this forum since I submitted my application. I am anxiously waiting for my sponsor to be interviewed and of course for the most coveted LOA. Through this forum I learned a lot and I am hoping I could be of help also. This is my timeline:

How long it takes to recived AOR from ADVO after reciving the AOR from CIO?

Dear bro. is that starting with letter B 123456789 my file number, as according to ur reply,
The CAIPS file number is normally the letter "B" followed by 9 digits, e.g. "B 123 456 789",

A while ago i received an email from CIO indicating me that their record show your file is in Abu Dhabi visa office, they said that we no longer hold your file we cant comment on its status so you contact Abu Dhabi visa office for assistance, and sent me ADVO's web site link.

Now kindly advise me my PCC. both from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will expire on may 2013 , and IELTS is also expiring on may 2013 waiting for your suggestion plz.

Once you submit your PCC with your application and other documentation within time limits it is considered so be valid throughout the processing period. So please don't panic and wait for sometime till ADVO contacts. They will contact you if they need any further information. It is currently taking at least a year to process the cases after the processing starts. What is your e client status showing right now?

When i filed my application IMMM0008 I indicated in VO area Abu Dhabi Visa office.
Today, i was surfing CIC Website when i discover that PNP applications should be transferred to London visa office.
The ECAS is still not active, giving that i recived AOR on 25 march 2013
Any suggestion

CAS is still showing Application received on june 2012.

I hope in next few weeks they will start processing your case. otherwise you may do one thing to know the current status of your case by retrieving your CAIPS file; it will cost you between $25 to $40 but will give you a clear picture of your case.

Hi, Once you have submitted your application to CIO office they will take care of your application and will send to proper visa office and you don't have to worry about that. In fact all cases of immigration for GCC are handled by LOV but ADVO is a bridge between clients and LOV. your ecas will be active after couple of months showing AOR date. Its too early to expect anything in your case. It will take almost a year to finalize your application if everything in your application is in order.

Please note that there were too many changes happened on the immigration procedures after 2012. I am not even sure if my experience and timeline will be a good basis as of now.

I think they will not return your file (hopefully). CIO will send you an AOR if the documents/forms are completed based on their current procedures/ checklist and they will forward it to the local VO(LVO or ADVO). Goodluck.

would u please tell us lately ADVO is taking how many months to issue Medical request after receiving file for the year 2013. coz. LVO is taking only 6 to 8 months for PNP applicants.
