They are different, you use your Application no/UCI, date of birth etc to log into your ECas account. While your email address & password is used to log into the Gckey account

On the very last pages. Check your top right corner it should say "s.15". If its says that it means security is cleared. If not then it is under process or not started.

You will get your passport. I have been stuck at medical passed for six moths, yet i am hopeful dm and ppr will come through soon. You can call or mail them.

I ordered GCMS notes, But my application is still in process. If s.15(1) means Security is cleared than it means nothing is pending on my application. Why cic is taking so long then.

u can say so,,ECAS equals Gckey as u know u must enter account name and code to have a look at status,u see,the current status is SUBMITTED and if u see PROFILE UPDATED that mean GHOST,then u might get DM soon...helpful for u.

+16139444000. Call them early . There are lots of people trying to call. Call them from 9am Canadian time. And you have to be patient the wait time can be up to 20mins. U can buy Skype credit. I called them 3 times last month. The last agent told me i will get my PR in March & i did get it 2days ago. They work with processing time. Mine was exactly 18 months. Ask them hope your file has no issues & you will like to know when you can likely get your PR. If you are not satisfied with the answer wait a day or 2 and try calling again. The anxiety is real., i checked everyday till i got PR.
