You can actually just go for upfront medicals. You don't necessarily need a letter for medicals these days.

Of course, you should check your MyCIC account to be sure the letter was not sent (my guess is it was). If you don't find it, you can still complete a medical exam without the letter. See: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=986&top=4

I tried to book appointment for exam and their told me that first I have to get a letter :(. I check MYCIC account every day, but nothing there. I tried to link my paper application to my CIC account, they write that I will get all update, but nothing, no Application, no updates. :(

That's strange. You may need the help of a professional.

Has anyone received updates whose AOR was in October?
Nothing much yet.

AOR 13 OCT 2017
Medical Passed 4 May 2018 (They did not requested, I did it for CEC and they put it in PNP application too).
Pre Arrival Letter 08 May 2018

Current status is BG in progress, as per GCMS security is not started yet, Criminality and Eligibility has been completed.

Exactly same timeline. Everything passed but security not started. Absolutely got no idea why these Agents don't start the SC. If true, how stupid it would be to make someone wait for 18 months just because the processing time is 18 months.
Yes same here AOR on 13 OCT. Security not started. Eligibility is completed.
