Yes same here AOR on 13 OCT. Security not started. Eligibility is completed.

May I ask how did you know that your eligibility is completed? My CIC account says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." ever since the first day...

I did both upfronts... but the pre-arrival email was on may 8th

Same I have, Pre arrival on May 08, Medical passed same week then rprf request may 22. Also there was a ghost update last friday.
