Same here. I don't know the logic why they stopped issuing AOR. Also, they haven't put any official announcement to give reason. God knows.
I just call them, finally got through they said my document is scan, nothing yet, it will take 2 years for pr process to complete

Hi,
I am a foreign worker in Canada and my PR application is in process. I have got my Medical request and Medical Passed as well. I was planning to India and I have a work permit and a worker visa with me.
The issue is someone just told me that if I get COPR when I am in India then Canada won't let me in as they are not letting in any person with COPR since March 18,2020. Is it true ? Will I be stuck in India till restrictions are lifted ? Won't my worker visa help me get in ?

Did you call them to confirm that they started your eligibility and security after you passed with medical?
