Not true. Call centre agents have nothing to do with your applications. This is false information.

I call to inquire about my application and the guy gave me a temporary number.

AOR - email received last Dec 29, 2020
Received medical request form - Feb 18, 2021
Medical Exam Done - Feb 26, 2021
Medical Results Passed - March 18, 2021

My AOR was sept 2020 but have not received medical yet. Completion date: OCT 2021. hope I get it soon.
