Literally every single person I know that applied for the paper pr received everything in 13 months max.
But here, I only see persons with 20+ months.

And I can't understand the difference.
Time line is based on 21 months, Inlander receiving PR in 12 - 13 months. Outlanders have to wait for new travel advisory.

It's not useful to compare your processing speed to others - there's a lot of factors at play. My understanding is only one officer will work on your file, so if that person goes on vacations, sick leave, etc, your application is sitting collecting dust. Also applications received late 2019/early 2020 had a much shorter AoR and in turn overall processing time.

Believe me it's frustrating, but we have it better than most. Just read some of the comments on IRCC twitter posts, many students stuck overseas etc with schooling on hold.

My husband's AR is August 31. Up to now no AOR. Tried to call the IRCC several times already but its on automated reply so you cannot ask for your application. He tried to apply for BOWP w/o AOR but submitted an LOE together with other documents but it was denied. He asked to reconsider and hopefully it will have a positive outcome. Just really hoping for an AOR.

Somewhere I feel like immigration might have lost august application packages after issuing temporary AOR that’s why mid august applications has been badly ignored.... did someone call ircc to check what’s going on with august applications
Are they still processing them or they just move forward :(:(
