Here is my timeline (MPNP outland):
- Application received May 2019
- Request for med. exams November 2019
- Med. exams passed and PAL - December 2019
There will be 21 months in February, and CIC account status bar says "100% complete on December 2020", but the application is still in process, and ECAS also says "in process". An IRCC agent says they don't need any additional documents.
The processing office is Sydney.

Why is it taking so long for medical pass? I tried to call IRCC many times but unable to talk to an agent. Need some advices since they only give me 3 months to do MR. Thanks everyone.

Go for second medical because everyone who did medical in October already passed so upto you.
Thank you. I'm thinking about doing a second medical too but afraid that It will create confusion in their system. If somebody else is in the same situation, please advise...
