Is any one have any idea why they are now a days not issuing any AOR's and MR to inland as well as outland. Even i have seen so many Inland applicants have gone for upfront medical and some outland applicants too. But Upfront medical is only for Express entry candidates. Feeling confused..

Simple logic, their economy depends upon international students so first priority goes to them ,then family members turn, that goes from October to December ,then our turn will come may be commence in January, so I think we try to habitual with patience for waiting our turn .

Has anyone ever submitted a PR application with positive criminal Record (my spouse has an expired Peace Bond) that shows up on PCC.
IRCC has requested us to send all the court docs.

I am little concerned. If anyone has any info Please Help.
