Is any one have any idea why they are now a days not issuing any AOR's and MR to inland as well as outland. Even i have seen so many Inland applicants have gone for upfront medical and some outland applicants too. But Upfront medical is only for Express entry candidates. Feeling confused..

Simple logic, their economy depends upon international students so first priority goes to them ,then family members turn, that goes from October to December ,then our turn will come may be commence in January, so I think we try to habitual with patience for waiting our turn .
