I and my spouse living in Canada and applied PR via paper-based PNP.
Application submitted on 22nd July 2019
We received MR on 9th Nov 2020 and medical passed on 24th Nov 2020.
I don't have any updates since then.
The estimated completed date was changed from 22nd Jan 2021 to 22nd April 2021. Now it also passed, but no update.
Is there anyone in the same situation? Does anyone know what should I do?
IRCC is saying they are prioritizing applicants who are exempt from travel restrictions, and we do. But doesn't seem that they prioritize our applications.

Please advise, we plan to have upfront medical since its been 21 months and we dont receive any updates from our application.
my question is, my children just finish their medical for TRV last september 2020. and they are already in Canada. Can we use that medical result in PR application or they need to do new medical for PR. Thank you in advance.

I have 2 applications in process (EE and paper based). I am going on mat leave in 2 weeks. Do I need to inform IRCC I am on mat leave or they will only need to know when I give birth to a child, that's it? Please share your experience. Thanks!

Yes
I believe they have stopped processing paper-based cases. Because it has been a while since we last heard somebody had DM.
That's not true since some EE applicants from 2019 are still waiting.
I think they just follow the 80% decisions made and 20% that will take longer
I believe when they will reach the 80% for 2020-2021 they will finish our files.

Does anyone know whether I can change my job while waiting for PR?
I was applied for PR via MPNP in July 2019 and my medical was passed in Nov 2020. I don't have any updates yet.
I want to change my job, but just afraid it will cause any problem with my PR application.
