I can see my status changed to descion made online.
When i call cic the automated service saysbackground check in process.
I haven’t received any ppr email.
Is it normal?
What are my chances of getting through?

Does Quebec processing time differ than other provinces? Or is it PEQ Totally different than other PNPs? Any idea?

Thanks, but I am still very stressed out. They haven't sent me any letter or any sort of confirmation. I have to enroll in a study program in 2 months and I need my PR card to do so.

Yes, every province has different processing times. I don't know anything else though. I only know about Quebec.

You should get PPR soon, at least by Friday. But the process of sending passport and Getting COPR and doing landing will take mininmum 3 weeks and PR card around another 6-8 weeks. This is what I know so far..

Processing time depends on province?
I thought once the file received by federal, processing time for all provinces are equal.
I applied on 19th October 2017 and nothing shows on my ecas.
My medical has been passed in april 2018.
No updates after that.

Yes, processing time for Quebec is months now. PNPs are sitting at 19m
