That is a sign immigration officers have accessed to your application and recently most people who got updated on the first page with no changes in the second page got their ppr on the same day. if you get the ppr email, please share your timeline and province. Thank you.
My case is similar to urs. I did an upfront medical on 10 january and later on 13 feb i got the medical request and the status was we are reviewing ur medical result, so i was happy but week later the status changed to we have requested you the medical exam. I contacted to CIC and they asked me to submit my medical letter through CSE and its 3rd week now. No updates.

Last week I was asked to update some documents, which I did and uploaded to my CIC account, but this morning I realized that I made a mistake so I immediately wrote an explanation letter explaining the mistake that I made and updated the attached document with an attached form and sent via case inquiry in their website.
I am worried now... did i do correct?
