I miss understand what is Finger crossed?I never send before any reports or documents from Canadian Police ..
I sended many police certificates from another countrys. .
But I have to provide sertificat from Canada?

Thank you for your information. It is my first time to call to this customer care centre.
I called to the number and the automatic voice says they are processing my background check same as what is on mycic account. So, then isn't it a glitch?

Same with me ....is not a glitch, we just need to wait

We need to hand in when there is a special request from CIC which is finger print version. Occasionally it happens to some people though.

My auto voice status says background in process but when I asked the lady to check my file what exactly they are processing in my background check she said that they haven’t started it yet..
