I have same profile as you.. Got nomination from SINP, uploaded required documents waiting for medical request.

Mine was received by CIC on 7th November 2016
Got AOR on 30 January 2017
I had a previous UCI. I am inland and a BC PNP Skilled worker and did Paper based application.

You may actually not be required to do medicals since you are an inland Applicant.

The Additional document upload could be the RFPR Fee which you paid.

Watch this space buddy,your next Update might be your PPR rewuest,.

Analysis:

We ate trying to figure out how it works. I already received my AOR but my Review of Documents column said " Not Applicable"

While my background check is in Progress yours is still " Not Applicable"
