EE is faster but PNP is the strongest and guaranteed. Getting ITA is not sure now.
Linking is totally different from EE profile. By the help of this thread you can link easily.

But what will happen to my PNP application (paper base) when I'll get Invitation to apply? Will by PNP application will be returned or do I have to withdraw it after I get my PR through express entry?

Oh ok. mine moved from not needed to in progress and back to not needed at this time again. So i cant really help there. Also cannot hazard a guess as to how long it might take from your stage.

Please i don't know where to look or search for more information regarding renewal of visa as a postgraduate permit holder.

my post graduate permit will expire october 2017, international passport expired october while visa april 2017.

how can i renew my VISA as a student since am no more studying now on postgraduate working permit
and where to download all necessary information.

Guys I am almost done with my Application for IRCC Novo Scotia. just let me know below finally

1) do we need to send it only in 9*12 Envelope ? cos some of my PCC and Doc are in legal size which wont be fit unless i fold them

2) i have to still get PCC from 2 other countries. I will be update those PCC in later stage. But before i sent the application should a need to put a note or additional detail ( i have already got PCC for last 5 years of stayed in different countries still need 2 more ) ?

Log-in to your CIC Account - GCkey. Under the view my submitted applications or profiles click "Check Status and Messsages" and after that, you can now view your Application/Profile details or status.
