According to the applicant he is an SRS Post Graduate meaning he is an inland applicant.

Please do not work yourself up. None of 28th November Applicants have receive their AOR. I honestly believe that such expectation maketh the heart sick.

It is a pity that we no longer have admins who update info on daily basis from there wemay likely track down individual application status.

In my careful observation,I fond out that CIC processed some inland PNP Application faster than some Provinces own e.g

OINP
BC PNP

The Applicants of the above two provinces in my humble submission are faster than other provinces.

No outland applicants whose files were received by IRCC on or after 28th November,2016 have received their AORs(Emphasizes mine)

Im actually getting worried by looking at these posts, as the applicants dont even bother to give exact details while posting.

I have also observed that some Provinces are faster.

Hi there, see if someone has time to answer my questions i will be thankful.
I am an inland applicant just got my AOR last week. december 2016 applicant.
I have also hired a representative for application. for AOR I have only got an email from cic saying your cic account has been updated.
when i opened u my account xep... file number changed to ep......
however i have not got any other email so far. then i called cic. agent told me ask your lawyer maybe he got other email.
so did i & i got my AOR email from my representative.

Now my question is what will be the next step? i am guessing next step is RPRF or medical or documents email? if i am right?
So would i get that email or again it will be sent to my representative again?
or will i get any notification on my cic account about that email?

I will be greatfull if someone can answer my questions please.

Status in ecas changed to Decision Made today and also in MyCIC account a new message with a letter attached. The letter is 7 pages (having 4 steps detailed and Annexure A & B). Step 1: Change in circumstances, Step 2: Passport requirements, Step3: Prepare your documents (asking for photos & passports), Step4: Submit your documents.

Can anyone please confirm if this letter is PPR or else.

Because they insert their e-mail address in forms, don't applicant's

Yes applicants include the email as well. But if you hire a representative all information goes to him.

Yes, only our lawyer get emails. I also got update from CIC but no email, and I asked my lawyer a few days later and he did not know it at all and ask what was my file no(aor). And I asked my lawyer to forward email to me it sent it to my lawyer two weeks ago. Normally they don't check your status until you ask.
