Hi Ashu,

I received my returned application package today,almost 39 days, reason for returning is not submitting the copy of birth certificate for PA & SP because already I said you that I submitted the NAC instead of Birth Certificate,I don't have original birth certificate during my submission to CIC.But,now I got the Birth certificate from court.I have some doubts to clarify with you.

CIC not accepting the NAC for proof of Birth certificate.


1.Now, I have to prepare fresh federal forms with recent signature and fresh supporting documents with notarized, Yes or No?

2.They mentioned the UCI No.(marked in pencil) in my returned generic form,I have to mention this number in my new generic form , Yes or No?

3.Sofar, they not returned the processing fee to my online account,whether I have to wait till more to receive the amount,Yes or No?

4.So,I have to pay new processing fee through my online account and attach the receipt of printout with my new application, Yes or No?

5.What I have to do with the returned application package,it's for my reference hereafter or anything i have to sent with the new package,please clarify.

6.shall I send the same PCC with the new application package because it is valid for one year, Yes or No?

7.while submitting the new application,whether I have to send any LOE with this,Yes or No?

8.Whether, I have to attach copy of Aadhar card for all family members mentioned in the application for identification,Yes or No?

9.Whether,I have to sent the copy of explanation letter received from CIC (reason for returning the cancelled application) with my new application,Yes or No?

3. No, Submit application with fee deposit again. Better advance online credit card option, and enclose the receipt only. They will return your previous fee anytime.

Hello All

New to the forum. Below is my timeline for inland PR paper based.

• We received your application for permanent residence on October 17, 2016.
  
• AOR - We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 25, 2017.
  
• We started processing your application on January 25, 2017.
  
  
• RPRF - payment requested by CIC on Feb 08, 2017. Paid the same day
  
  
• Additional document requested by CIC as below on March 05,2017. Submitted March 13,2017.
  • Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background
    Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.
    Please complete and sign Schedule A providing all details
    for the past 10 years until the present date in Sections 8 and 12.
    Do not leave any gaps in time in Sections 8 or 12.
    The period from FEBRUARY 2006 TO JANUARY 2012 was not included in Section 8.
    This must be received at this office by: 2017/05/13

Would notify you guys if any update regarding medical or anything.

My application also received at the same time Oct 18th Got my AOR Jan 09, RPRF,PCC and Schedule A on Feb 8th and update on mycic on Feb 27th

When I try to link my application in Mycic account, it syas based on the information, 1 application found, but because I have a representative handling my case it says I have to upload cancel representative form in order to access my application. So my query is that my representative has put his email id in te generic form when submitting documents. Who will get the emails If I cancel him as my rep. ?

You can use different email address as well.

No MR from NDVO... I have not seen a single person who got MR... from January...

This is bizarre. I also do not have birth certificate and submitted to CIC (initially to MPNP) "Not found certificate", Affidavit from Mum, Old passport (first passport), school certificate mentioning my DoB. I explained the same in covering letter(approx 8 pages about everything like no birth certificate, Name Changes, Medical Condition, Places lived etc.) to CIC besides other numerous things missing in my application pack (e.g. name change documents of my partner, BMI issue etc.) On top of that I unintentionally send the old checklist and missed few fields in one form.

Despite all this I got my COPR this week.

Wait----- lucky story turning tragic, now my partner is doing best to put spanner in the wheel! Everyone reaching this stage in over the Moon unlike me crying all day, ,,,,,,,,,,
