My first medicals were done and passed Feb. 2017; got extended on Feb 2018.
Jan 24, 2019 I was asked to redo medicals; did them Jan 25; passed Feb. 4, 2019.

We have the exact same timeline. my first medical passed on FEB 2017. an automatic extension has been done around Feb 2018. a new reassessment has been requested in JAN 2019- passed in the same month. IRCC agent told me that my Security completed on 20 FEB 2019 - it was started FEB 2017.

not sure when they are going to ask about the passport to put this nightmare to end.

IRCC process is unpredictable.

I am sorry you are still struggling with this, my friend. It is indeed a nightmare, and what makes it challenging is the lack of a transparent process and clear communication. Like in my case they were saying background check still undergoing then all of a sudden passport request and DM in the same hour.

I know it has been a long journey, but hopefully, it will be ending happily very soon.

Hi guys, anyone knows how long will get passport back from Ottawa? I was sending our passport on 20th Feb, already 2 weeks. The back tracking is not activated yet.

An overdue DM is finally arrived.

There's a passport request but I'm not sure this would include my dependants within the same application ?
Should I wait for another passport request for each individual in this application or should I send the second passport with the request ?
Please advise !

Only the Principal Applicant will get the letter and has to sign Appendix A that comes with the PPR (make sure to print it with the barcode!)
But you have to send the passports of all of your dependents together.

was easy and smooth, no waiting time, took 15 mins max the whole process.

Now I know some of you guys still waiting, I was in the same situation, took 26 months total!

Decision made: ecas (did not update on CIC account)
PPR: 25 Feb (email notification)
PP sent: 26 Feb (Canada Xpress from AB)
PP Delivered: 27 Feb
Approved: 11 March (ecas still says Decision Made)
Awaiting return tracking activation

Passport mailed: Feb 20, 2019
Passport and landing paper received:Mar 11, 2019
Landed: Mar 12, 2019

I saw some people is still waiting, hoping hear good news from you guys soon. It is a long long long journey, I am sure you all will get it finally.
