YES, I HAVE SEEN MANY NDVO APPLICATIONS PROCESSED THROUGH COLOMBO , SINGAPORE VO'S.

Here is my timeline:

September 2016: Applied for BC PNP

October 2016: BC PNP granted

November 7 2016: Applied for BOWP and PR

January 15 2017: Credit card charged

January 24 2017: Review in Progress

January 30 2017: AOR received

January 31 2017: WP extended to Jan 2018

INLAND.

I did not do the medicals upfront but my account went straight to background check in progress, wonder why?
