Hi Lucia,

In Background declaration form,in question No.2, I mentioned my name in English not in native language but I mentioned the same thing for SNIP application also,it was accepted by SNIP.Also,one of my friend from same country done the same thing,he got PR without any problem from CIC.

My question is that whether it will create any problem for my application process,please reply..

Have any one any experience with Bridging open work permit

My Open work permit is about to expire, received AOR this Jan 6, 2017, have AINP certificate with no restrictions,
Should i do online application to BOWP or paper application,
Tried doing online application, but stuck on this question
"Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada"
If say no, it doesn't give me option for open work permit,and just charge $155
But if i say Yes , it gives open work permit with $255 charge
I received AOR which states that they received my application, so i am not sure if i am approved in principle for permanent residence or not,

I called AINP, and they said i can apply for open work permit as i received AOR, and have PNP certificate,
Don't want to take a risk , as work permit is expiring in 45 days
Anyone got any experience with BOWP

Can u share ur timelime here bcoz I also got ainp on 23Rd Nov 2016 and applied fedral on 17 Dec 2016.
By what time can I expect my AOR.

Your ielts is still valid or not. You have to send application with valid ielts. Only need to reach with alive ielts enough.

please advice me about the following am i correct -if any suggestion please rectify me :

2. Need police clearance --applied tomorrow for certificate & sending original copy,

3. photograph-----as per cic specification 50mmx70mm(2 inches widex2 3/4 inc.long) 2 copy one blank in
backside other name,birth date myself and date,name & address of studio.

4. passport photocopy - notarized sending,

5. Nomination letter --- received EMAIL copy sending,

6. only birth certificate ---photocopy notarized but is it need national id notarize photocopy send?

7. 02 self address mailing labels one in english other in bangla,
8. fees CAD$ 550 for single paid by my credit card --send printed online receipt,


forms :as per cic checklist its to be newly signed & date as same which i fill-up for SINP nomination earlier :

1. Generic - original sending with newly sign & date,
2. Background (no changed in address & job) - original sending with newly sign & date,
3. schedule- 4 (economic class as per previous bank fund)-original sending with newly sign & date,
4. yours travels-5562 -original sending with newly sign & date,
5. additional family information---- original sending with newly sign & date

No need sending with applications to cic the below forms & documents:---
1. additional dependents ---not need as i single,
2. schedule -5 quoveq,
3. use of representative,
4. ethical conduct,
5. educational certificate,
6. job experience ,
7. Bank statement & certificate,

If any documents missed as per above listed and need to included or excluded please advice me....

1. Good. Send photocopy of IELTS. This is better to notarized it.
2. PCC original. (For all major family member)
3. Yes, frame size 50*70 mm, you may increase it according to get original face size front view (must 1" or 3.5 cm length/height). Back side information you wrote, okay. (All family members)
4. Yes, Passport first 2 pages, and last 2 pages photocopy and Notarized them. (of all family members accompanying)
5. Yes, Nomination, no need to notarized.
6. Yes, birth certificate Photocopy, its English Translation (if other than English) both notarized. You can send National ID without Notary. (All family members)
7. Yes, Letter size envelop. Other information okay.
8. Yes, always choose Credit card Online Instant/advance payment option, and print & enclose its receipt. For Each Major member $ 550, and minor one $ 150
Additional
9. Marriage Certificate and its Translation (If language other than English)

Fill forms According to current circumstances,
1. Yes, now Generic has changed. Check before filling
2. In Background form, Step No. 8 Personal History, Put current date in appropriate space, Step 12 Address, Put Current date appropriate space.
3. Schedule 4, okay.

6. Check list (With appropriate tick Marks otherwise they can return.
7. Translator Affidavit (If you are enclosing translations)

P.S. :- If you miss any signature, paper, form, information etc., they will return your packet back after 3 months by ordinary post. I am 5 months late due to this issue, because of some confusion I did not enclose my iElts result. They sent back. During this period my IELTS had expired. I sent my application with updated IELTS and got delivered on 3 Nov. I have got AOR on 17th January, 2017. Whereas my other batch mates are trying to book flight for Canada. So, be careful. You should apply online, say YES to that question and apply for your bridging open work permit. Make a cover letter give details of you application, PNP certificate and AOR email and your are good to go . I just got mine recently.

You should apply online, say YES to that question and apply for your bridging open work permit. Make a cover letter give details of you application, PNP certificate and AOR email and your are good to go . I just got mine recently.

1. i have one confusion that ...if i pay online by my personal credit card then send only printed receipt with my application. is it necessary to fill up and send "fee payment form-IMM-5620"

As i guess if i make payment by bank draft then i need to fill up and send "fee payment form-IMM-5620"

2. another ---- one of my relative live in toronto and assure me that he will pay fee by his credit card cad$550
then how can i get printed receipt, if he send me by mail scan copy of receipt can i send this with my application

Recently, i am preparing my CIC Application. I am confused about Ielts since its expired. But i am under NOC A based on my understading only NOC "C" And D need valid result. SO should i apply with my expired IELTS Result in CIC application ?

please senior member could suggest me ? Or someone NOC A submitted expired Ielts in CIC ?
