No idea on which is efficient/fast. No one can predict the processing logic of visa office. Its trade secret and mystery.
Yes i sent it via cse as they gave 2 options (except for sch.A). Luckily i dont have updates on sch.A hence sent rest of them (new passport, pcc and rprf) through cse next day.

RPRF - Did you pay the fee and got the receipt & printed and filled it and scanned and send it through case specific enquiry?
Medical - Did you visit the doctor who does emedical and didnt your doctor tell that he/she would be uploading the medical report in a particular date? If not ask your doctor to upload them now. Did you give the IME number to the doctor which you received from visa office or did you do upfront medical?

Thanks for the reply. Most of the May applicants received the RPRF request on 30 th Dec 2015. But in my case I receive the RPRF request now only.
I received the medical request on 23 rd Dec 2015, completed the medical on Jan 6 2016. Doctors office is not ready tell the exact date when they uploaded the medical.(its strange). They are saying every thing is good and already uploaded the medical. Any way I send the medical completion
proof and RPRF reciept to CIC.I applied for the GCMS notes on 2 Feb 2016 , I hope more details can get on GCMS notes reply.once again thank you and all the best

Hi Davi, are you residing in the same place as that of your submitted schedule A on May 25 2015? Because vo asked your a gap in 2015 to addressed.

why I am asking because everybody must have a gap since the submission of application, that means everyone has to submit a schedule A again? But looks like it's not the truth so I am wondering why vo mentioned this gap in you schedule A.

my application was received by vo on May 25 2015, but I haven't received any further reminder for additional document.

I also overlooked the date range. Possibly davi-vr did not fill till May 2015. Let us ask.

I got reminder email 30/12/2015 so the
Schedule A i already send it by regular mail canada post 12 day ago but I don't know why they asking me again schedule A
But Just to be on safe side Once again I will send by regular mail
My application reached CIC 25 may 2015

Thanks for the reply. Most of the May applicants received the RPRF request on 30 th Dec 2015. But in my case I receive the RPRF request now only.

I think its a regular email for RPRF but they add a reminder message to send the proof of medical completion.My Ecas not yet updated as "Medical Received". Here is the main content of the mail ;

They dont specify any due date for us. This looks like specific email asking on these items. Cool. Good luck buddy. Send it soon this time as nowadays they are reviewing the file within 30 days i guess.
Doctor office can give you proof of medical completion. You can send that in the way it was asked to be sent to cic.

Its the notes entered by the officer who reviews PR files. It will have detail on what kind of verification is completed and when is the next due date to recheck the file etc in great detail.

I have same employer and same address . yeah I fill till may 2015 in sch.A but I fill in different way . In my 8. Personal history and 12 addresses the last date most recents i wrote down with pen "current " From to

Jan 11 my status still In Process but medicals received. Then I re-read the reminder email and it says "for faster service send those documents via email to the CSE email". So I did Jan 25. Feb 8 I got an email from CIC email stating "please note we have received all your supporting documents to your application. If further information is needed you will be contacted by the respectove VO".

That's last time I've heard from them. From reading forums and the CIC website, I take updates in Schedule A file as minor delays in your application, which they warn of as cause of leaving gaps in history." @hariramojhan, is this the security check part they do after the medical? And when do they check criminality? How long would you roughly estimate for PPR based on this info?

Thanks! Well explained. So you're saying that if they received my medicals Jan 11 I should expect to here from them (PPR) roughly around March 11?

Quick update: just applied for GCMS notes under Access To Information Act. Still had to lay $5 even though I'm an inlander. Not too thrilled about that, but expecting to see what's going on with my application before March ends. (They usually take 30 business days to reply). Let's see what happens. Will keep you guys posted.
