People that have both paper-based and EE applications in progress - do you know how much of your fees you will get back? Let's say your EE application gets approved first. Will you get both the application fee and RPRF for your paper-based one refunded, or only the RPRF? I tried finding an answer to this on the website, but it says that once application processing has started, fees do not get refunded.

August 8 applicant. No MR.
One of my friend is May 2016 applicant, he went to see MP to inquire about his file but CIC told MP that file is in final stage of decision since they have to process certain number of file for each category each year thats the reason his file is delayed but he will get ppr by first week of January.
Is this correct information?

This is very private information. I dont think MP can pull out such a information.& yes there are always target of certain of application each year.
Unfortunately they focused more on express entry applications, 32000 asylum seekers who crossed illeagal from different & 6000 oprworkpermit were given on canadian border .
