would you mind to share the timeline between the IRCC's request on the Medical reassessment of your son and your husband?

i am still waiting for RMO manila to request the medical reassessment of my wife. my 2 daughters Medical reassessments have already been forwarded to IRCC-CIO last july. and its been a month now and still i haven't heard any updates yet if they will require my wife to have her MR reassessed.

hi i got CIO email re my son's re medical on July 20, then it shows on my cic account that it has been submitted on July 28. With my common law re assessment, I received the email on Aug 10.He just did the re assessment on Aug 15, and I haven't got any updates until now.

I got provincial nomination yesterday. I would like to take advantage of your experience because you are much a head of me. I appreciate in advance for your sharing your experience.

My work permit is expiring soon, and I want to apply for work permit with LMIA exemption. My employer needs

• Letter from the provincial government (with a certificate number) confirming that you were nominated for permanent residence by the province,
• Statement from the province that it has determined that all factors required for the issuance of a work permit as per its agreement with Canada have been met

Has anyone applied for work permit under LMIA exemption? I only received the nomination on my EE profile, Do I receive a package/letter with confirmation number?

I have sent my questions to Ontario province, but time matters for me now. Any information is much appreciated.

atleast you have an update that it is being taken cared of.

Called CIC today and they are actually working on our Medical Reassessment at this moment. They would either extend it or ask for another test. Keep finger crossed...

thanks, my case showed that CIO asked for review of MR of all my 3 family members and have transferred it to RMO manila. but the request for reassessment came in last june only for my 2 kids. I am assuming that since its been more than a month that RMO Manila have not asked for my wife's MR reassessment that her MR has been extended. and i am hoping that this is one of the rare cases of outland MR extension.

we have almost the same case on work permit before.

what i did were to send a work permit application - LMIA except
attached my PNP letter and a renewed contract from my employer
and did it thru paper based application which took me longer because of the processing time
it is your choice if you want online thru mycic account.

So, I do receive confirmation letter with Certificate number from province right? Do you know how long it would take? I called them, but they didn't give any timeline. May I know how long it took for your employer to submit the position? I only have 2 weeks to apply.

based on my work permit renewal application which i did last december 2014. the PNP certificate you will be receiving will be enough to get you off the hook for providing an LMIA. your employer will not be asked for any other documents anymore. but you need to ask your employer for a renewed contract to show immigration that you have a job to which your work permit will be assigned to.

i got my job contract from my employer just in a day and signed it on the same day.

i got my PNP certificate after a week.

my question is, if you have received a confirmation letter does it have the following details?
employer:
name of occupation and NOC
restriction on employment
your personal info
nomination certificate no.
certificate expiry date
provincial stream
provincial reference no.

and an instruction of when IRCC will expect to receive your APR.

if you have this letter then your good to go to apply for work permit renewal without the hassle of asking your employer for an LMIA and documents related to LMIA

this info is based on my work permit application.

its an employment contract. indicating your employer's business information and your information. and other agreements pertaining to your work as full time employee. wages and benefits, work conditions etc
