What is medical reassessment? Should you take med exam again because it is expired?

We have done our medical assessment in June 2015 and it's been over a year since then.
I called CIC and they were working on my medical reassessment, it's either send us a new medical request or extend our current expired assessment result.

I had applied for Permanent Residency with Manitoba Provincial Nomination under Skilled Worker Oveseas inland. My documents was recieved on 11th of July 2016. When can I expect file number or any correspondence from CIC. Thanks for your help.

no updates yet.. a lot of april to june applicants have their PPR already after less than 2 months of waiting from the last schedule a request from immigration. some got ppr in just 2 -3 weeks waiting. this is so unfair. when will they check our papers. ours are medical reassessments and what is the difference between those with schedule A request?

wait for the email. it will come in 2-3 months if it is paper based application.

prayin for a miracle, after my common law Med re assessment,,im praying so hard that they will send us a PPR, my common law partners PP is valid only until Apri 1, 2017, do u think they will accept it until nxt month or probably in Oct? coz if im gonna start counting for 6 mos, that will be from Nov-Apr 2017

If i were you, i would not risk of waiting for IRCC to ask for a renewed passport. based on my ECAS i received a notification (my 6th line) asking me to pass a new passport. IRCC is requiring a passport valid 6 months or higher for them to issue visa once pr approved.

now this is what made me mad. I gave my new passport to my APR representative as early as June this year with instructions to update IRCC the soonest possible. and guess what, my representative waited for IRCC to request my new passport. I should have used the Case Inquiry Form of IRCC and have done it myself. now i think this is the reason, aside from my dependents MR reassessments, why i am having another delay and forever be waiting for an update again.

hi! havent heard anything yet from IRCC ,, my common law is in the Philippines ans there's no available appointment for passport renewal until DEC,, stressfull..do you happen to know an agency in the Philippines (i assumed you're my kabayan) that processed passports?? TIA

U can go to poea fronting robinson's galleria , just bring old passport and documents it has 1 day processing, i would do that asap.
