No one from march get medical yet..only February applicants got medicals.. We are next.. I am march applicant cio received my file on 25th of march

Hey guys I am new in this timeline.
I am bc pnp applicant. 10th sep I got my MR. I need few suggestions from you guys.
1) right now I have $11/hr salary. I am planning to get married. Can I add my spouse name in my file after getting married?
2) my current existing close work permit gonna expired mid November. Can I go india before that expiry time?

Well I guess u can add your wife name but according to me you should wait till you have pr in your hand or new work permit
