PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2015 Applicants!

I got my Atip notes back as fast as 2 weeks, I'm impressed , and so far PNP is sitting, but my CEC application is recommend pass, but criminality is in progress , also I've got a note at the end as of 9th Sep. "File forwarded to SCAN/CRU" what ever that means...

What I notice for now is CIC sending MR very thursday twice in a row now! Let's wait this thursday for other March applicants MR if I'm correct lol.

Updated Timeline:
I am from Saskatchewan. Citizenship Indian. (Inland Applicant).
Saskatchewan PNP approved on: 26th Jan 2015.
PR Application received at CIO Sydney Nova Scotia on:2nd Feb 2015.
XEP on: 24th April 2015.
EP and Medical request on : 2nd June 2015.
Medical test done on: 8th June 2015.
Medical test received at CIC: 16th June 2015.
In-process and Reminder email on: 14th sept 2015.
Landing fee paid upfront on: June 26th 2015.
Decision made: waiting.
Passport request: waiting.
So, guys how much time will take after reminder email and in process for DM?

Here comes the long awaited decision made (DM) status on my online account today. Glory be to the Almighty. I can't be much relieved than today after the long waiting and fear of getting to know something is wrong with one's application. All the best to everyone expecting.

I am just woundering about ecas. Yesterday me and my friend are just checking our ecas and we observe one wierd thing. He is May 2015 applicant and i am June 2015 applicant. He got his EP on 31 july and i got on 17 august but still both of us are waiting for medical. Now yesterday on my ecas the status shows me "Inprocess" with 3 lines in there (1. Application received.... 2. Send EP.... 3. Process started)

But my friend who is may applicant and july EP ecas status shows "Application received" with just one line we received you application on .... date

Is there any changes CIC had made between may and june applicants.

Even I have the same problem . I have one saying we received ur application on April17 2015.. no updates or anything after that ..

"Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CIO-Sydney. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it
to the address CIO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca."

i sent scanned copy of receipt to the above email address, but wondering if should still send in Mail as well?

I believe email is fine since they specified that in the mail. It should have been received.
