Cic asked for Additional documents in july and were submitted in july too but after waiting for an update for 45 days. I had no other option but to call cic and i did so...they told me that we have not received the documents and they said just write the webform proving you sent before due date including the courier company record. I wrote last week hopefully they review the documents after looking up the webform.
And i get dm or ppr because cic agent told me the officer was waiting for the documents

AOR 2018.01 cannot remember the exactly date
Requested additional documents AND MR: 2018.04.25
Medical pass: 2018.05.17
Pre arrival letter: 2018.06.07
Ghost update: 2019.05.03
Background finished: 2019.06.07
PPR: 2019.07.10
Landing: 2019.08.27 ( sent appointment email, and got reply in 1 day!)
CIC update: sending PR card today.

MR : May 2019
MP : June 2019
ADR 3: August 2019
On my GCMS it shows Eligibility Passed, Security Passed, Background Check Pass since May 2019
However, Criminality still In Progress. CPO is IRCC Ottawa. Do not know what is holding up. Is anyone with the same/similar issue? Any information about the Ottawa CPO?

First ADR was regarding my spouce as iI added her after I got my PNP.
Second ADR was requested for Schedule A, Travel History, and Offer Letter.
Third ADR was for RCMP Fingerprint record for my wife.

I don’t want to change the province but want to change my employer, can I do that right away or should wait for some time?

Atleast wait until PR card. If your employer has any legally binding job contract with you then maybe you have to pay for the expenses written on the contract. Apart from that people leave jobs right after getting proper paperwork.
