I don't have Gkey access, but in the Online Tool, it says Decision Made.
I'm not sure if the next step is Passport Request. If so, is there any standard (or common) timeline for the PPR?

You could also check with CBSA. I saw somebody got "pre-screening" created by CBSA which is the step before security screening

I called them last Friday, the agent told me “all checks has been passed just wait for DM/PPR but unfortunately we can’t take any action until July 31” what’s can it mean, the officer is take care on my file is on vacation?!

The officer might leave a note on your file, saying something like they will take look at your case at a certain date again.

your understanding is quite right and the note is called " bring forward date", anyone interested in how BFD works can and should look it up.

We r 3 person .main applicant or 2 dependents. Last week we call they said as still on going. He said 25 may we also mail. officer to give him update to ur file. But not coming update. We r also waiting.

I know a guy told me his security checks start at May 14th,2019. And everytime he called ircc the agent told him the security in process. He got the csba note last week, Security screening began in May 17th. But mine is forever not started. So something not started maybe is a good news
