Hey my friend, I had the same situation as you recently. Only after I opened a web form explaining it, 1 week ahead they requested a new medical exam for me and in a few time they approved. From now I believe I am just waiting for the DM/PPR. =)

I even got ghost update on April 12. Waiting since then.

Well we have noticed a lot of PPR emails received mostly on Wednesday in the past. But it varies to be honest. You can’t say anything about CIC

I thought we have already established that we can't count on those IRCC people to be just and fair to us applicants .

but on the other hand, maybe it's because there simply were a whole lot more applications by the end of 2017. yet still, this is so cruel to see.
