Thank you for the reply, it is the page I am referring to. And to answer your questions, yes, I am inland with a NOC B.

yet, my question remains, does AOR count as "a positive eligibility assessment"?
Spouse should base the owp application on your wp, so if you have it no problem.
With the PNP you were able to get the wp

I'm not sure if your spouse could apply for owp based on AOR for the PR if you are the main applicant

I am working full time and have applied for a PR. I was wondering if I could work at some other place (while working at the place I applied PR under)for extra money making because I need more money. I have a PGWP right now and i was wondering if I could.

Hello all,

I apply through OINP foreign worker stream in land. I send my application on July 30, 2018 and they received it on August 2, 2018. Due to I missed an signature on a form IRCC returned my application on October 3, 2018. After fix the mistake they state on the letter I resend it and they received on October 5, 2018. I still didn't got AOR yet. So I am wondering will they return my application again? My OINP certificate will expired on Jan 5, 2019 if they return my application again do I need apply for a extension of my OINP certificate? I am confusing they have to receive my application before expire date is means I have to get my AOR before that? I am so appreciate if any one can help me.

Have patience guys, people from June are even waiting

Same here Applied on June 27, 2017 and AOR August 21, 2018 still waiting with patience : We do not have any other choice.

Got another really basic and simple question: I am preparing for my application for BOWP, and found out that I do not have any correspondence fro IRCC that actually named "AOR". only an email saying

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2017/12/14"

so could someone please confirm with me that if this is my AOR? many thanks, people.
