Sorry do mind telling why your medical took so long? A whole year? Did something happened?

Hi, I'm going to apply for PNP paper based in couple of weeks already nominated my SINP. I'm I able to submit my medical upfront with the application, does it reduce the processing time??

I wouldn't do it upfront, as it takes about 16 to 19 months for the complete process. And the medical is valid only for one year.
Just wait for the request. Sometimes they ask you to do it after 4 months of application, but in some cases they only ask you to do medical in the final stages of the application.

In cic website, current status has changed to 'Application/Profile updated' today in the morning and

I checked again afternoon..

'Application/Profile updated' has changed to "Submitted" again I thought, it was ghost change ....

Does anyone have this happen before?

It's a ghost update. This is how it happens. That's why people named it as a ghost update, because it disappears once you saw it

We have the same timeline. I have exeperienced the same on March 21 ‘Application/Profile updated ‘ when i tried to open my CIC account. Wi tried to login again, it came up as Submitted. I was told its a Ghost update.
My AR :October 13,2017.
AOR: December 5, 2017

It will change back to submitted because you already click the view link. Dont worry, PPR is very near

Also my work permit is expiring tomorrow...
Is it some connection to my PR application?
