Completed Medical on 6th January 2016 and upated on Ecas 12th January 2016. New delhi visa office. I had to wait for 5months and 15days for Decision made.

It is possible. With my two calls in last one month, one was 59 mins wait before I spoke with someone appropriate, and the other one was 30 mins. In both cases, I received information that was useful.
