Hi, my PGWP expired on june 12, and i applied and received my new work permit. This work permit is through the LMIA exampt stream. So it is different from my previous permit as the condition of work changed on the work permit (i can only work for my employer). I was wonering if i need to update my work permit document with cic?? Or does cic automatically update my work permit with my PR application? My application was paper based PNP application.

Hi guys, I did not submit my police certificates along with my application. I've just received my police certificates, do you recommend mailing my police certificates to the same address where I initially submitted my application OR waiting for their request for additional documents (police certificate)? (my OAR received on Jun 23, 2017).

Wait.....do net send the documents.....CIC will itself demand you for the same if required. e.g. "A request for additional documents."

Did ME on June 12. Called CIC on June 22, and came to know that they had received the report on June 21. Took them 2 business days to change the status to "pass".

How do I check ecas? Is that different than my CIC ?
