Any other Outland applicant like me whose file was received by CIC on or before 26th May and has still not received UCI/AOR.

My file was received by someone named D. Stapelton on 26th May 2016 .

Many fellow applicants From My CIC Whatsapp group whose file reached on 26 May got their UCI on 10th August.

I am hoping to get UCI by next Tuesday.

Lets see whats there for us.

What you are talking about is more likely to be MPNP stage. The AOR talking about here is the federal stage, which is the step after getting nomination.

my sponsor received the following email, when she sent the settlement plan.

I think the document you will need is the following:

Letter from PNP office (204c) – if your nomination certificate expires, you need to extend the certificate first to obtain a 204c letter from PNP office.
Nomination Certificate
Employer portal authorization number – I would also submit the receipt for the complicate fee of $230.00.
The application form and copy of your current work permit – just in case
Digital photo

You will eventually get a list of documents you need to submit once you finish the questionnaire on CIC website when applying for it.

personally i do not know what you need because i applied through immigration consultant.

but if you go through cic account work permit n answer those question n you will get a checklist there

I just tried to login again to MYCIC account but it's still says...

"Application unavailable - please try again later"

And yes... I did receive an email from CIC that my application is successfully linked to MYCIC account. I just feel strange that MYCIC account got an XEP# while my AOR received from CIC is EP#....

I got my AOR since May and got three lines in my ECAS but my CIC is always unavailable. I sent CSE (technical difficulties) last and hoping they will reply to me soon.

It's a good thing you were able to link your application. Please remember that while you have a temporary file number (XEP) your application is in line to be verified.
After they have verified that everything is in order, they will issue the AOR and change the "XEP" to an "EP".
I was able to link mine just two days after they received it but no AOR and, according to CIC, if an AOR is not issued it is as if no application has been submitted.

hi one2much... where did you learn about XEP? Because I was able to successfully linked to CIC but it is showing XEP# and application is unavailable but I already received AOR since May. Thanks.

You need to ask your provincial pnp office for the letter. Different provinces have different procedures to get the letter. It is called support letter in some provinces. I think expired nomination certificate should be acceptable. It is better to confirm with pnp office.
