I hope being wrong, but, If Group # of 87arq was 1-9 O, and He's already received his PPR, I think it's likely the following will be those of August which Group # is 1-9 P, S V... That's mean more waiting for July remainders. I have Group 2... :-\

You mean June 2016 or 2017? if 2016 then you will need new passport, then inform CIC you have new passport by sending them a copy of it. You will not be able to activate your PR with an expired passport.

Im July 14th 2015 applicant and my passport expires in April. I am waiting for PR first as its 'any day' now. Can't risk sending off passport off and waiting another few months. As long as your passport is valid at time of activation then you're fine.

Does anyone know what what stage of the processing Cic check pnp documents?
Am an November 2015 applicant. My pnp expired already. And I had to change the job as well,so my employer can't give me another letter. Since its been already an year, is it gonna effect my PR processing? Do they check pnp papers at the end??

Why to change job? U already applied for r ur nominated already doesntatter if ur nomination is already expired but if ur work permit is not still u can continue working with that employer wjo give u nomination, checking for your document happened before they give u file number and that is the eligibility requirement meet. And there is one more at the very in the security check where in they check ur address location work location if matches with the schedule A.
What happened? Is work permit expired too?

so in security checks, they check that our address match with your last address of work and home in the schedule A?
do they only check in canada or every address outside canada too ?

for example when they requested me the update of the schedule A (this happen end april 2016, together with medicals) i was under restoration status only waiting for new work permit( this mean i wanst allow to work) , so my counselor told me to put in my employer address that i was under restoration waiting for wp....and cic never asked me again for another schedule A.

when i got the new wp by july 2016 with (same employer) i just send my new wp through the case specific enquiry and in my notes it shows they received wp!

you think that would be a problem in my case? as there is no specific address of my employer as I was not allowed to work in that moment thing that i specified there that i was not working only waiting for wp!

i requested again my notes but might get them by end of nov so now i am lil worried :-X

Hi mdh!
Answer is yes, when i fill up my schedule A place of work location and address should be the same city where u live and intended to live if ur a provincial nominee they should all match together, that is the part of Security check. I have some work outside the province where i live in my home country where it is located in city 4 hours drive away and put the address as the same as per instructions of my representative as well.
With regards to work permit what ever the address in the work permit and validity date of that work permit should be match as well, in the event of change of employer before applying for nomination or PR whatever the old work permit address and expiry dates should be written down, and once u got a new permit that would be the next on ur timeline to avoid GAps in between or else u have to redo schedule A and would be a reason for refussal or misrepresentation.


But with your question if u will have problem coz ur restoration that would be ok. You dont have to worry woth that coz ur not working at lest you are still leaving in the same location of work no need to worry,
Have some friends got restoration too. Ur consultant or representative can use thier office address too. No need to worry . Just wait for ur PR waiting for final review and loke me its RFV just waiting for th to open it again

I think you need at least 6 months of validity before expire date. My husband updated his without request and in 10 days they confirmed had received it and had made the need changes in our appl.. If I were you I would update it, it seen this process is delayed.. I won't take risk to wait. I just say.. That's all.

He told me that even after everything is done, his CIC online portal still shows 'decision made' when normally it should be 'approved' or 'closed' as status. Is it normal? Does CIC takes time to update the status in the online portal now a days? Look forward to hearing from you guys. Yes its normal.. Updates on the cic website ecas is delayed.. It will show up eventually. Tell him nt to worry. All is done and he is Pr landed already.
